Mallory Billings-Litke is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2006 from Springfield College in Massachusetts. Her specialties include adolescents, young adults, family therapy, transitions, depression and anxiety. Mallory is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and has training in trauma-sensitive yoga, Yoga-Cognitive-Behavioral-Therapy and “Relax and Renew” Yoga, which focuses on restorative yoga postures to address anxiety, depression, insomnia and pain. She is an Adjunct Faculty at Simmons University in Boston. Mallory continues to learn new techniques and keep up with best practices for treatment through regular attendance in continuing education conferences.
Mallory’s therapeutic approach utilizes mindfulness, including yoga and breathing techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy to explore maladaptive coping skills and a strengths-based approach for esteem building. She works with the client to identify both short and long-term goals and develop a plan together to work toward a more positive future.
Mallory has worked in the field for over a decade and has served as the Director of Family Services at a residential school, the Clinical Team Lead for a Behavioral Health contract, a Psychiatric Social Worker on a secure inpatient unit, and as a clinician in an outpatient mental health agency. In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling and learning Spanish.

Wendy works with adolescents, families and adults, joining them in their quest for wholeness, emotional recovery and greater happiness. She has experience helping others navigate through trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, anger and issues specific to the LGBTQQ community. She believes success in treatment is based on a team effort and relationship with the client is paramount. By creating a welcoming, safe and inspiring atmosphere, Wendy fosters trust and a space for creative growth that continues outside the office walls.
Her holistic approach views success and struggle through multiple lenses such as physical wellness, relationship and environment, as well as thoughts, emotion and behavior. Each client discovers strategies and insights that are unique to them that promotes change from the inside out. Wendy incorporates a traditional psychodynamic approach, play and art therapy, as well as mindfulness and body-oriented interventions. Clients learn to self-soothe, alleviate symptoms of stress with integrated CBT and ACT techniques by reframing emotions or negative thought patterns and make sense of traumatic stress. She uses her training in yoga to create opportunities for a greater sense of physical and emotional control.
Formerly a graphic designer, Wendy came into this field in 2009 and has additional training in Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), nutrition and mental health, vinyasa, restorative, trauma-sensitive and kundalini yoga as well as a degree in expressive art therapy. Her own self-care includes making art, playing music, running, travel and yoga.
